AccuQuilt’s new GO! Block on Board® and appliqué dies are worth cozying up to this fall
No matter where you live, it’s time to cozy up to the idea of the seasons changing. As both the leaves and the temperatures start to fall, quilters move indoors and start planning projects to keep them busy through the winter. To help inspire you, AccuQuilt released five new dies we’re sure you’ll fall for.
1. Get Fierce with the GO! Bear’s Paw-14" Finished
Bear’s Paw is a bold and versatile quilt block that’s a smart way for beginner quilters to practice piecing half square triangles. It makes using up scraps a snap and creates a 14" finished block. This popular traditional block is perfect for layer cakes and fat quarters. For easy and accurate piecing, the seam allowance and dog-eared corners are included.
This Block on Board die works with any GO! fabric cutter. Create a two-color Bear’s Paw Block by cutting four layers of one fabric color in the first pass through the cutter, and four layers of a contrasting fabric color in the second pass through the cutter.
2. GO! Big Crazy Quilt-10" Finished
The Big Crazy Quilt die is an iconic stash buster. It lets intermediate quilters go crazy by using a variety of scrap fabrics to design unique quilt projects. This die is fat quarter-friendly and creates a classic 10” finished block without needing foundation paper piecing. There’s no need to trim down the block after each step. For easy and accurate piecing, it includes the seam allowance, dog-eared corners, and screen-printed letters on the die.
This Block on Board die loves your GO! Big fabric cutter. You’ll need at least 10 layers of assorted fabrics to create a scrappy Crazy Quilt block. Your cutter makes it easy to cut up to six layers of assorted fabrics in the first pass through the cutter, and then cut up to four layers for the second pass.
3. GO! Classical with the GO! Cleopatra's Fan-12" Finished
On the quieter side, the traditional Cleopatra’s Fan quilt block is designed for quilters looking to challenge their skills and liven up their celebrations.
Embrace the curves, don’t fear them! This die features matching notches on curved seams for easy pinning and fast sewing. It creates a 12” finished block and is a fan of fat quarters. It coordinates with GO! Qube Mix & Match Block system and screen-printed letters are included on the die for easier piecing.
To create a three-color Cleopatra’s Fan Block with this Block on Board die, use your GO! or GO! Big cutter to cut two layers of three different fabric colors in one pass.

4. Hop to It With the GO! Spring Medley
This die cuts four appliqué shapes: bunny, chick, basket, and egg, so it’ perfect for spring, Easter, and baby projects. To ensure every adorable line is perfectly precise, cut these critters using any AccuQuilt fabric cutter.
The die is precut-friendly, which means it loves charm squares as much as you. It also works like a dream with these machine formats: art, dst, exp, hus, jef, pcs, pes, sew, shv, vip, vp3 and xxx. It’s compatible with the GO! Qube Mix & Match Block System and the shapes fit standard 5x7 and 6x8 embroidery hoop sizes.

5. GO! Carefree Alphabet Lowercase Set
This two-die lowercase alphabet set makes personalizing projects as easy as learning your ABCs. Cutting these letters is as quick and fun as singing the alphabet song when you use your GO! or GO! Big fabric cutter.
The lowercase letters are precut-friendly and are especially keen on charm squares. The shapes fit standard 5"x7" and 6"x8" embroidery hoop sizes.
