Hey AccuQuilters! I’m Lori from Lori Miller Designs here to share the fun project I have been working on. I combined a BOB with a Qube! The Block on Board was the very fun GO! Morning Star-12" Finished die (55556). I then used the kite die shapes from the GO! Qube 12” Block Companion Set-Angles (55791) for the alternating blocks. The resulting graphic throw quilt creates clever medallion shapes with a striking Morning Star center.
After you've created a beautiful quilt top and sandwiched the batting and backing then quilted it all together, you need the perfect binding to finish your work. It can be a bit of a challenging piece to the process, especially since it's one of the last steps to completing your project. In this post, I'll go into how to prepare fabric and begin binding with your machine, plus I'll share a few tried and true secrets to save you some time!
Hello! Today I am sharing some great ideas for organizing all your quilty things. But first, let me introduce myself. My name is Lori Miller, and I am one of the newest AccuQuilt GO! Getters. I spend a lot of creative time in my studio in Oxford, Michigan. I am a quilter, pattern designer, and teacher of quilting and EQ8. I am now happy to say I am a big fan of AccuQuilt.
