Hello there, dear quilter! It's National Quilting Day! Of course, we all know this year is a little different than usual. Since the fast spreading covid-19 (Coronavirus) hit our country a few short weeks ago, we've had to make massive adjustments to routines and in most cases, become completely homebound. While the changes can be scary and uncomfortable, we want you to know that you aren't alone. AccuQuilt is here to make the next few weeks as quilt-tastic as you deserve. Read on for a look at what you can expect.

Get Virtually Inspired on National Quilting Day

While it might look a little different from years past, we're still so happy to celebrate one of our favorite days. In celebration, Pam decided to give you a rare look at AccuQuilt's home base in Omaha, Nebraska! If you haven't had the chance to visit our office, now you can see some of the many beautiful quilts we have on display. Don't be afraid to get inspired, because Pam even touches on what dies were used to create each beautiful masterpiece.

Quilting Under Quarantine

The next few months will be something we've never experienced before, but the silver lining is that we can use this as an opportunity to enjoy and sharpen our craft: quilting! In celebration of National Quilting Day, we’re kicking off Quilting Under Quarantine.

As quilters, we’re resourceful and as we face these challenging times and care for our families and communities, the team at AccuQuilt is here to help you:

  • Be Inspired
  • Get Involved
  • Stay Connected

That means over the next few weeks, we're going to share with you ideas that will keep you inspired while homebound, ways to get involved to help your community and steps you can take to stay connected and safe. Be on the look out for fun blog posts, personal stories, philanthropic ideas, daily tips and so much more.

Share Your #QuarantineQuilting Story!

Of course, one of the best ways to feel connected and build a community is through technology. Don't forget to share what you're working on with us on social media. Be sure to include the #QuarantineQuilting and #AccuQuilt so we can see your amazing projects.

In these trying times, we want you to know our team will be here every step of the way. Your family at AccuQuilt is wishing you health and happiness.
