Memories can be triggered by the strangest things. Last week at the AccuQuilt Christmas luncheon, I remembered a wonderful woman from my past, all because of her cranberry recipe. Marie Shirer gave me the gift of her Magic Cranberry recipe several decades ago when we first worked together at Quilter's Newsletter Magazine. When my co-workers at AccuQuilt started to ask me for the recipe for the cranberry dish I brought, all I could think of was the colleague who had given it to me.
