Happy Fall, y'all! It's Erin from House on Hill Road and I have a tutorial for a fun, fast, fall mini quilt. I raided my orange scrap bin to make this darling patchwork pumpkin. One block is perfect for a wall hanging or you could make a bunch of blocks for an autumn throw. With the GO! Qube Mix and Match 9'' Block and Companion Set, this project comes together in no time!

1. Using Die #2, cut (26) 2 1/4" squares from orange fabrics.

5. Using Die #10, cut (1) 4 1/2'' signature block from green print.

6. Sew (1) background half square triangle to each of the (4) orange half square triangles. Press the seams towards the orange fabrics. Sew the remaining (2) background half square triangles to the sides of the green signature block. Press the seams towards the green fabric.

7. Arrange the pumpkin into rows as shown.

8. Sew the rows together left to right. Press the seams of every other row in one direction and the seams of the alternating rows in the opposite direction so the seams will nest easily when you sew the rows together.

9. Sew the rows together to make the pumpkin block. Press seams in one direction.

10. To make a small border around the block, cut (2) strips 1 1/2'' x 18 1/2'' and sew one to each the left and right sides of the block. Press the seams towards the border strips.

11. Cut (2) strips 1 1/2'' x 13 3/4'' and sew one to the top of the block and the other to the bottom of the block. Press the seams towards the borders strips.

12. Quilt and bind as desired.
