Eleanor Burns is recovering quite well and having so much fun with the GO! Owl die and GO! Talk to the Animals Baby Quilt Pattern! She got creative with fabric and made her own special little animals, along with her friend David who shared the many variations he created with the GO! Owl, which included using a block from Eleanor's GO! Sampler book and putting two fun owls in one 9" block. A must see!

Eleanor tips & takeaways...

It's the most fun die and the easiest thing ever ... it's a really simple little die. I can't wait to have my grand children work with it.

Bamboo felt is the nicest stuff I've ever worked with.

Make the owl cross-eyed ... he's more fun.

It'd be so cute for a little nursery or baby quilt.

For satin stitching you'll want use some type of basic tearaway stabilizer because the fabric pulls and you don't want to have any gathers on your fabric.

Look at all the great tips and amazing creations in the video below. Your creative options are endless with this die!
